I spent 35 years at the “chalk-face”…pre National Curriculum, post National Curriculum, revised National Curriculum, plus the myriad of literacy/numeracy initiatives introduced along the way. Millions spent printing the documents and on re-training staff and they still can’t get it right! I’m so glad I’ve retired!!
